Rod Millen is a legend in truck and rally car racing, so he decided that he needed to get an adrenaline fix every day. Having held the record time for the Pikes Peak Hill Climb, he figured one way to make life more interesting was to turn his long boring driveway into an amazing world class hill climb course.

The result is the mile long Leadfoot Ranch track in New Zealand, which copies key features from several famous hill climb courses. Best of all, because it's on private property you don't have to be constantly looking over your shoulder for the cops.

Last weekend Millen held a private race meeting for all of his racing buddies to break in the new track. I just hope the UPS driver wasn't trying to make a delivery in the middle of all this.
